The warranty covers buckles detaching from the bag, stitching, and zipper issues resulting from manufacturing issues. We do not cover normal wear and tear of the fabric and trim that may result over time as a result of daily use and travel.
We can also assist you with repairs that are not covered by the warranty. We have a long relationship with an outstanding Shoe and Handbag repair store in Morristown that handles the needs of many of the leading designer brands in NYC.
